Partner with the best

As Aero Fulfillment support you will be responsible for all repair operations globally relevant to all regions. You will be committed to deliver the expected customer service level across the Regions. You will be the primary interface with regional Aero repair leaders and will be responsible to drive the achievement of the financial targets of the area from an execution stand point.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the primary interface with regional project manager for all operations aspects;
  • Driving weekly operating rhythm with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collecting business/customer needs, set up right priorities and translate them into proper inputs to the relevant  internal and external stakeholders and functions (supply chain, engineering, logistics, billing, etc.);
  • Owning the sales plan execution by achieving operations commitment and leading the scouting of sales opportunities to maximize financial results, across all inventory organization and relevant legal entities;
  • Identifying  and executing material allocations to projects to meet specific customer needs or to increase  execution profitability;
  • Working with regions and finance team to build AP plan and QMI reporting;
  • Owning relevant operations KPIs (TAT, OTD, ODBL) and report to leadership;
  • Driving simplification and improvement initiatives specific for the area/region, to achieve better operational performances and cost savings;

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar;
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes;
  • Knowledge of project management processes and tools;
  • Knowledge of financial processes and rules
  • Fluent English (written and spoken);
  • Strong communication and influencing skills;
  • Clear thinker, problem solving skills along with process improvement driven mindset;
