Key Responsibilities will include Technical Support, Troubleshooting, User Management, Training & Documentation, Migrating Data, Monitoring & Reporting consisting of Manage licenses & Type, Manage MDM devices and policies, Manage domains and subdomains, Understand email workflow, Create, edit, delete, and recover email IDs, Demonstrate knowledge of spam, spoofing, and phishing

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, with a strong focus on Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).
  • Experience with troubleshooting mail flow, user access issues, and integration with third-party applications.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Google Workspace Administrator certification is a plus
  • Deep understanding of Google Workspace applications and services.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance practices in cloud environments.
