Description -

This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Logistic system changes and processes aligned with Services Supply Chain Business requirements.  Furthermore, candidate will assist with testing and troubleshooting S4 system issues / B2B connectivity.  As the Logistics Product owner, you will work in a highly dynamic, fast changing and fluid work environment. Effectively working across organizations to drive appropriate business/technical solutions; view alternatives from an end-to-end Supply Chain perspective and understand the broader implications of technical and business-related choices. Work in a self-directed environment where strong teamwork, individual initiatives and accountability are highly valued. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate across businesses and IT to ensure that technical design meets the business requirements

  • You will be required to analyze the business requirements and validate configuration to meet the overall design

  • Work with Supply Chain IT to ensure that functional design meets the overall architecture for the solution

  • Lead and participate on initiatives to develop Logistic processes, standards and ensure effective adoption of the standards the platforms

  • Lead and actively participate in Supply Chain team activities including information validation and facilitation of team decision making process

  • Engages with business units (procurement, inventory, sales, etc.) align logistics goals with the product vision

  • Prepare functional specs, test cases, and configuration guides

  • Work on IDocs and APIs integrating logistics with other modules

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • 7-10 years of work experience with and minimum of 5 years of SAP Logistics

Knowledge in TM and MM modules. process including Transportation and Material management processes.Preferred CertificationsNAKnowledge & Skills
