As part of our dynamic startup team, we are seeking a Manager, Contracts with proven track record in procurement contracts, particularly in IT and technology domains, to play a pivotal role in supporting our mission of making Indians healthier. From contract negotiations to user experience, you will be supporting to create innovative solutions to complex startup business issues.
Contracts Manager
*Key Responsibilities*
- Draft, negotiate, and manage procurement contracts including IT service agreements, software licenses, vendor contracts, and NDAs to support PHI’s technology and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, including IRDAI guidelines and data protection laws.
- Develop and maintain standardized templates and tools for procurement contracts to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Provide strategic advice to internal stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks while aligning with PHI’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, procurement, and compliance, to address legal and operational needs effectively.
