The role would provide input into the creation of the Bank’s strategic goals and being an ultimate driver of the direction and performance to target.

Your key responsibilities

• The role would be responsible to Lead and Manage Authorization Tribe RTB (run the bank) support Staff (Internal/External) locally and globally. 
• Accountable for oversight on Authorization Tribe applications Production/Non-Production environment uptime, compliance topics, and customer issue management. 
• Ensure proactive and on-time delivery of business requirements, including key projects and regular presentations to senior management on governance topics. 
• Review policies and procedures and ensure seamless execution of RTB (run the bank) topics. 
• Define and update appropriate KPI/metrics to measure and monitor the quality of vendor delivery. 
• Work with internal/external stakeholders to create and implement ongoing projects. 
• Coordinating internal audits or other external reviews of the information within Authorization Tribe. 
• The role would be responsible for driving transformation and continuous improvement, leading program, or projects. 
• Would be responsible to manage budgets, vendor relationship and cost management.  

Your skills and experience

• 10+ years of relevant work experience within corporate financial services industry including People management experience. 
• Must know and understand Identity and Access management. Knowledge on Authorization will be added advantage.  
• Strong analytical skills (being able to understand and articulate how the business process relates to technical / system flow and interfaces) 
• Previous experience in: Vendor Management, Global stakeholder management, Senior management reporting. 
• Effective management of senior stakeholders, ensuring on-time and proactive delivery 
• Drive the people agenda and take action to support team development and performance. 
• Strong stakeholder management skills 
• Conflict management / Negotiation skills 
• Ability to manage large and complex projects. 
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
