About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the operations of a specific business line
  • Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
  • Manage requests for community relations events, sponsorships, company funding, volunteer activities, and special programs
  • Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
  • Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation
  • Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
  • Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
  • Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
  • Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • The Incident Management Business Execution Associate plays a strategic role in enhancing the organization’s incident management processes by driving operational efficiency and aligning business goals with incident resolution strategies. This position ensures that incident management practices adhere to organizational standards, support business continuity, and deliver value to stakeholders. The role also involves leading cross-functional efforts to resolve incidents, minimize risks, and implement long-term improvements.Key Responsibilities:1. Incident Management Execution:• Oversee the business execution of incident management practices to ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents.• Execute business strategies for incident handling in alignment with organizational objectives.• Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate the resolution of high-priority incidents and minimize downtime.2. Business Impact Analysis and Risk Mitigation:• Conduct impact assessments to evaluate how incidents affect business operations.• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, prioritize incidents, and allocate resources effectively.• Implement proactive measures to mitigate the risk of recurring incidents.3. Process Improvement and Optimization:• Analyze incident management workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.4. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:• Serve as the primary business liaison during incident escalations, providing clear and concise updates to leadership and stakeholders.• Deliver detailed reports on incident trends, resolution timelines, and root cause analyses.• Recommend business execution strategies based on incident data and operational performance metrics.5. Policy Development and Compliance:• Develop and enforce incident management policies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.6. Collaboration with Business Units:• Work closely with business leaders to align incident management efforts with organizational priorities.• Support business units in achieving operational goals by reducing service disruptions and downtime.7. Technology and Tool Utilization:• Leverage Incident Management tools to manage incident lifecycles effectively.• Utilize analytics and monitoring tools to assess incident trends and propose data-driven solutions.Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in incident management, business operations, or consulting roles.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.• Proficiency in incident management tools
