Job Title: Platform Engineer – SAP Basis & SOLMAN

Location: Bangalore

Impact & contribution

As an SAP Solution Manager SME, you will be responsible for guiding the monitoring designs within your SAP domain to align to the SAP Application Architecture. This position sits with in the SAP Operations space for ensuring seamless monitoring of SAP Production applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Administer and configure SAP Solution Manager functionalities: Ensure smooth operation of SAP systems by configuring and managing Solution Manager's key capabilities.
Configure and manage Wily Introscope: Install, configure, and maintain Wily Introscope for performance monitoring and diagnostics
Monitor and maintain SAP systems: Use Solution Manager for system monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning.
Integrate SAP Solution Manager with other systems: Facilitate seamless integration with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues related to SAP Solution Manager.
Create and maintain documentation: Develop and update configuration and operational procedures.
Align SAP Solution Manager capabilities with business needs.

Essential Skills

10 Years+ of SAP hands on experience.
Expertise in the following areas:

SAP Basis
SAP Solution Manager

Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English.
Experience in installing, configuring, and managing Wily Introscope for performance monitoring1
Proficiency in configuring and managing Solution Manager functionalities
Skills in integrating SAP Solution Manager with other systems.
High level of communication skills, including the demonstrated ability to solicit opinions, accept feedback.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology or any similar stream
