Roles and Responsibilities:

This is an opportunity to join the Analytics organization of HP Inc and drive Analytics and digital transformation projects

Technology Implementation:

  • Delivering high quality and efficient work (Business Issues and Tickets) within agreed SLAs and timelines and capacity to resolve System and business issues.
  • Knowledge on SAP systems – ARIBA, BTP, IBP, and EBW.
  • Work on project and test management tools like Test Rail, JIRA etc.
  • Partner with Business team, Project management and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new technology solutions.
  • Understand MRP systems and related data elements for integration between two systems.
  • Drive stabilization and troubleshooting/closure of data issues after system go live.

Skills Requirement:

  • IT Project Management, Stakeholders' management, Excellent communication, Analytical and Problem-solving skills, planning skills with attention to details.
  • The ideal candidate for this role needs to be an excellent leader with experience in managing cross-functional teams to deliver results within the necessary framework, adhering to cost, and project delivery timelines.
  • Experience in working on projects involving large scale ERP based IT Product implementation.
  • Prior Exposure in Transformation project & IT Programs will be an added advantage.
  • Strong working experience in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) including good presentation skills.

Academics and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master’s in operations / Operations Research / Computer Science / Statistics / Mathematics/ Science
  • 2-10 years of experience of work experience in Supply Chain Management/ Operations planning function in Hi Tech or related industry with significant hands-on experience in multitasking/ cross functional environment.
