Wealth & Investment Management I&P Business Services is looking for a Senior Technology Business Services Lead who will support technology leadership in management of full spectrum of business service functions as an Individual Contributor.

Responsibilities owned by the Senior Technology Business Services Consultant include but are not limited to business management, program coordination, executive reporting, business reviews, information repository management, communication, and event management for the LOB.

  • Track & monitor status for key operational KPIs related to people, processes, delivery, and finance (LOB headcount, local budgets / forecasts, expenditures & financial metrics).
  • Proactively manage day to day business office responsibilities like managing budget, driving adherence to Risk & Compliance mandates, regular cadence on hiring updates and vendor management for WIMT.
  • Support the WIMT India management team with various processes/ coordination tasks/ data tracking and maintenance as appropriate. Some examples are but not limited to Transitions processes and documentation, hiring pre-approvals and documentation on relevant tools or systems, head count tracking and reconciliation reporting, TRIMS/ Vendor management due diligence, Space tracking, and coordination of logistics related to team events.
  • Actively engaging with key partners across other LOBs on business services tasks such SCM, OHoT, Transitions, HR, and Finance - etc.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources, query, and analyze the operational trends and provide key insight to help with decision-making.
  • Ensure optimal AU Mapping, coordinate hiring pre-approval (New/Backfill) and any necessary transition activities
  • Work with US-based Chief of Staff to collaborate and deliver on various initiatives of the LOB from India
  • Prepare regular dashboards on key operational metrics & KPIs for executive level briefing (CIO dashboard views) that reflect efficiency & effectiveness of the business, present to various stakeholders.
  • Required Skills/Experience:  

  • 12+ years of work experience, expertise in technology-business services, business office management large, matrixed organizations, preferably in the banking domain, or equivalent experience in consulting or demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • MUST have:
    • Excellent at Excel
    • Good in PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
    • Expertise on SharePoint, MS team and Confluence
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
