Eligibility Criteria :
Employees with 12 Months tenure in PRI ( Associate 2) can apply.Strong process & Technical knowledge required in Computer Hardware and Software, Troubleshooting skills and methodologiesWillingness to work in 24X7 environment, rotating shifts and weekly offs.Employees in Corrective Action/Performance Improvement Plan in the last six months are not eligible to apply.
Technical certifications would be an added advantage. Awareness of RPOS / Workstation product lines will be a plus point. The candidate should have excellent CRM skills, Email/Chat Etiquettes. Answer queries from customers /HP Partners , in order to resolve specific problems. Must possess very strong problem solving and resolution experience.
Strong in Technology (Scope, within PS supported Product Lines) knowledge. Must possess the zeal to demonstrate Customer First culture in every interaction. Support Workstation Products. High Levels of demonstration of Interpersonal & communication skills, with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Work with L2 and L3 engineers and provide solutions to the customers query
