What You Will Achieve

• Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and packaging machinery, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Perform specification checks, interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications, and determine the sequence of operations and setup methods.
• Take responsibility for individual contributions to team deliverables, fostering a positive team environment, and representing the work group within department teams.
• Manage personal time and professional development, prioritize workflow, and assist less-experienced colleagues in prioritizing their tasks.
• Complete assignments based on established procedures, identify process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and provide direction and training to team members.
• Share knowledge within and across work groups, proactively identify and resolve non-routine problems, and make decisions requiring multiple options.
• Work under general supervision, independently complete recurring assignments, and refer new or unusual problems to the supervisor.
• Ensure non-standard work is reviewed for sound technical judgment, adhere to Pfizer standards, guidelines, and values, and train others as needed.
• Apply safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in daily operations, operate production machines, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Train colleagues for cross-training and capability enhancement, perform special projects, handle objects and tools efficiently, and coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• High School Diploma or GED with at least
• 3+ years experience in handling compression or blister packing machine (OSD - Tablets)
• Fast Lerner and ability to train new colleauge
• Knowledge of Manufacturing principles
• Certification in the assigned area (if applicable)
• Demonstrated troubleshooting capability on production equipment
• Have knolodge of cGMP principles
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Strong understanding of safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Ability to work under general supervision and complete recurring assignments independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):

• Experiance in Liquid and Capsule manufacturing operations
