Swagger and user guide: Solution an efficient workflow with Marketplace team and API dev team to sync the latest dev swagger updates to OB Portal with minimum manual interventions, segregate clear R&R on the functional info maintained by API core product through API dev team and non-functional info maintained at OB content mgmt w/o API dev team. Collaborate with Technical Writer and API dev team on the essential changes which dev swagger need to enhance and review with API core PO on story for prioritization. Automate CUI user guide creation by leveraging the info in OB content management and design the essential info into swagger or OB content management. Operate and continuously improve the update of swagger and user guide for API core product
Country nuances and capability matrix: Establish a maintenance framework with Marketplace team, regional leads, CUI team and API core product to digitize the country nuances and capability matrix for each APIs. Collaborate with Technical Writer on the country nuances information and capability matrix to be maintained in OB content management, and review with API core PO on the final version. Operate and continuously improve the digital version of Country nuances and capability matrix for API core product
Sandbox: Setup a working process with Marketplace team and API dev team to provide more test cases for L2 and L3 Sandbox and achieve 100% coverage. Gather L2 and L3 Sandbox feedback from OB team and work with API dev team to continuously improve the test cases
Risk Management Review applicable internal policies and procedures to prevent gaps against risk governance framework. Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, compliance, legal, and security teams. To have strong engagement and liaison with these teams to drive the regulatory approvals required to ensure S2B Access channel remains compliant with banking and data protection laws. Ensure Country compliance on Group standard for Audit and Control. To be the product SPOC with the local risk committees. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
