Get to Know the Team:

The Lending team builds secure, versatile loan products for diverse user segments, managing important platform components like the Loan Management System, Repayments Engine, and Product Flow Orchestrator. We create distributed systems that impact millions, with a focus on underserved communities. Concepts like Idempotency, CAP theorem, and Distributed Agreement are important to the systems we develop.

Get to know the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes.

This role in based in Bangalore and we are working in Hybrid model.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to identify and report software defects.
Conduct manual and automated testing with hands-on experience across mobile apps (iOS and Android), web applications, and APIs is a must-have.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to maintain quality standards.
Conduct performance testing to identify areas for optimization and system improvements.
Track, report, and verify bug fixes using bug tracking systems while continuously improving testing processes.

Qualifications

The Essential Skills You Will Need

2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, automation tools (Selenium, Appium), and performance testing.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python and familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
Experience working with bug tracking systems (JIRA) and version control tools (Git).
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication, collaboration, and experience with Agile development methodologies.
