Job Location : Pune \ Trivandrum

Roles & responsibilities:

Run requirement gathering and engagement with business working with IAM analyst and business areas to define domains, business roles & system entitlements
Run requirement gathering for LIAM foundation UK specific requirements
Work with consulting & technology teams including architecture to support designs and application scope
Need to be able to communicate with business stakeholders well and build role profiles, requirements for tooling, support scope definition etc.
Experience in Role based access control management
Familiarity of any of the below would be a plus –
- Protocols & standards : AML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP, SSO, MFA,
- IAM platform : Okta, Ping or Azure AD, Active Directory, CyberArk PIM, ServiceNow
- Active Directory, CyberArk PIM, ServiceNow would be a plus
- Cloud -based applications and services like AWS, AZURE or GCP.

Senior Business Analyst ( P&C Insurance )

Exp : 6 +

Job Location : Pune \ Trivandrum

Experienced on several change projects, utilising Agile methodologies (SAFe methodologies advantageous)
Solid experience creating Epics and User Stories using Jira and Confluence and maintaining and prioritising epics
Experience in employing a range of elicitation techniques, including workshop facilitation with business and IT stakeholders / SMEs
Good understanding of Use Cases, Value Streams and Personas
Can apply recognised industry standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMN.
A Good understanding of Business Change support activities, would be advantageous
Experience working in an Insurance environment, particularly General Insurance (P&C/Commercial prefered)
