Job Summary |

Core Job Objectives:
(Provide Level 2 Support to users/customers)
* Level 2 resolves service disruptions as soon as possible without asking for support from software or hardware vendor. If level 2 is unable to resolve certain incidents, level 2 can hand them over to level 3. |
