To partner us in this mission, we are looking for a talented…Manager – SEOYour typical week will include the following.The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the online visibility and search rankings of the company's website. This role involves conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive organic traffic and enhance the company's digital presence.• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company's website.• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms and optimize website content accordingly.• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including meta tag optimization, link building, and content creation.• Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content, blog posts, and other digital assets.• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance.• Track and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.• Ensure that the SEO best practices are implemented in the website design and development.
You could be the right candidate if you• Master's degree in marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in the health insurance industry.• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
