About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Social Impact & Sustainability Specialist. The role maintains relationships with elected officials, community organizations, or grantees such as activist groups, community agencies, and non-profits while making traditional and investment philanthropic grants and integrating sustainability into business practice to assure a high profile and positive image of Wells Fargo among customers and internal or external stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
Provide support for community impact and sustainability initiatives
Execute strategy for national and regional programming initiatives
Establish and maintain relationships with key government, philanthropic, nonprofit and community leaders
Establish metrics, measure impact and effectiveness of community impact or sustainability initiatives
Develop monthly reports and data visualizations, highlighting portfolio performance
Collaborate with line of business partners to advance community impact or sustainability initiatives
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Community Impact or Sustainability experience, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in Development sector and / or experience in Corporate towards social project management and volunteering management
Job Expectations:
Ensure Compliance as per CSR Law – Manage CSR Documentation, project reviews and reports to meet legal requirements
Manage Local CSR Projects – Oversee project execution, impact measurement, and partner engagement
Strengthen NGO partnerships – Build relationships with local organizations for impactful collaborations
Employee Engagement – Drive volunteering initiatives aligned with global and regional volunteering campaigns, and employee interests at Hyderabad and Chennai locations.
