Job Summary

We are looking for a high-qualified candidate for the H2H (Host-to-Host) & API Implementation team, sitting under the FSS Operations organization. The candidate will work with big corporate IT teams to establish H2H / API integration with the Bank servers. Such H2H / API integration will facilitate the usage of bank products such as reporting and trade settlements for Financial Markets (FM) and Securities Services (SS) clients, and this is becoming an important component of our service offering.

  • 2+ years’ of experience working in similar role, implementing H2H / API connection for clients.
  • Basic understanding of various internet file transmission protocols, like Https, AS1, AS2, SFTP, FTPS, Web services (SOAP), etc
  • Basic understanding of various security methodology that is to be applied for file transfer over the internet
  • Basic understanding of Data Level Security, like PGP, AUTACK, etc
  • Basic knowledge in UNIX commands, SQLs (Oracle)
  • Knowledge on Industry standard file format like EDIFACT, ISO20022 XML, SWIFT FIN messages, SAP IDOC file formats
  • Basic knowledge of FM and SS reporting, settlement instructions and bulk upload
  • Attention to detail, ability to articulate without ambiguity
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Effective and persuasive communication both written and spoken, with strong presentation skills
  • Collaboration skills; ability to drive understanding and information exchange across all stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Business

  • Work with client IT team to establish H2H connection between Client’s and Bank’s servers
  • Accurately gather requirements of the H2H / API implementation

Processes

  • Responsible for leading the H2H / API implementation, connecting FMO Digital Channels, client IT teams and Implementation Managers / Business Account Managers throughout the entire life cycle

Risk Management

  • Test connectivity in testing environment and get the sign-off before moving to production
  • Move the setup to production and establish the connectivity in production
  • Obtain sign-off from client IT team to ensure requirements have been completely fulfilled
  • Provide the production support during the warranty period before handing over to production support team

Regulatory & Business Conduct
