Job Summary

We are looking for a Full-stack Specialist, responsible for the development and maintenance of in-house applications. You will be working alongside and managing other Engineers and Developers working on different layers of the Applications.  Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Good exposure to banking domain and banking products in terms of clear understanding of product architecture, product design and Configuration/parameters required to change to accommodate requests for customization.
• Responsible for development for small to medium projects/ contributing to large complex projects.
• Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of industry acknowledgement.
• Requires sound technical knowledge combined with reasonable understanding of business issues. Has the ability to correlate technical issues with business environment.
• Driving quality initiatives like introduction of automated tools for improving productivity, reducing human errors, etc
• Contributing to process improvement and ensure process compliance
• Working with  Technical Solution diagrams and Architecture for initiatives.
• You will work on API Gateways, API security, OAuth 2, OIDC etc.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum experience of 5+ years in IT industry with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Preferred to have UI/UX skills such as ReactJS, TypeJS etc.
• Should be independently able to manage CICD tasks using Azure ADO, Maven & Helm Charts
• Experienced in Container Infrastructure such as Kubernetes, OCP or AWS EKS.
• Experienced working in an Agile environment with globally distributed teams.
• Proficient in RESTful API, SpringBoot 3.x, SpringBatch
• Should have knowledge on Relational or No-SQL Databases
• ReactJS (or EmberJS)    
• JavaScript, NodeJS    
• Azure DevOps (ADO)    
• Kubernetes, EKS, OCP, ECS etc.
• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure)
