Oracle Application Operations Engineer will join the DT Finance DevOps team and will be responsible for leading ERP & Simplification projects in Finance area, as well as to support Operations activities, ensuring day-to-day reliability and performance of Finance systems ... will interact directly with Finance team globally distributed to facilitate issue resolution and close-the-books activities.

As an Oracle Application Operations Engineer , you will be responsible for:

• Demonstrating leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and priorities to the teams … among the others, major responsibilities are:
• Supporting users during their day-to-day .
• Leading/supporting ERP and Simplification projects. Perform project management of all tasks and resources, estimating and tracking progress against individual plan, and monitoring progress.
• Leading the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of large/complex Finance and Global ERP programs.
• Taking ownership and be responsible for statutory, governance initiatives including SOX, Security risk mitigation initiatives and Internal Security Standards
• Planning and co-ordinating activities and provide periodic updates
• Participating in process design and information discovery efforts

To be successful in this role you need to:

• Have a minimum bachelor degree with a minimum 7 years of professional experience.
• Have previous Oracle experience on Buy to Pay area (mainly Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Purchasing). Subledger Accounting expertise would be desired.
• Have knowledge of PL/SQL, OAF, Java as technical expertise is needed in this area.
• Have Previous experience in the management of cross-functional operations / initiatives and tough stakeholders
• Experience in the management of cross-functional operations / initiatives and tough stakeholders
• Have Global mindset, ability to manage and collaborate across a broad and diverse set of customers and stakeholders
• Be able to quickly identify and analyze technical risks and impacts; define alternatives and prioritizations to remove roadblocks
