As a developer, you will play a crucial role in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, enhance user experiences, and streamline IT service management processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Having Strong knowledge and hands-on experience supporting modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, HAMPro etc
  • Having Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts) and custom application development
  • Designing, building, testing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports
  • Demonstrating ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and SOAP-based integrations with ServiceNow SaaS platform
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders and other IT teams to gather requirements and define project objectives. Familiarity with ServiceNow security and access controls
  • Integrating ServiceNow with other platforms
  • Conducting user training and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the platform
  • Driving continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and tools

Experience Required:

  • Have Bachelor’s degree in STEM from an accredited university or college, or equivalent related professional experience.
  • Have minimum 7+ years of development experience on ServiceNow platform
  • Have Proven track record of leading enterprise-level implementations of ServiceNow
  • Have Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Have Expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, HAMPro etc).
  • Have Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and its core capabilities(Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal, etc.)
  • Have Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization, includingbusiness rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, and Flow Designer
  • Have Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using RESTAPI, SOAP, or other integration technologies
  • Have Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, and compliance processes
  • Have Experience with Agile methodology and project management frameworks
  • Have Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders, developers and end-users
