Role Description
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Lending operations will be responsible for operational oversight of Loan servicing transactions and Trading activities. This role requires a deep understanding of Syndication Loan life cycle, knowledge of Loan servicing systems, reconciliation, and break resolution etc.,

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage closing of agency deals, setting up new deal, facility, process drawdowns, repayments, pre-payments, funding, interest rate calculation, admin fees, SBLC fees.
- Monitor daily schedule and unscheduled activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage resolution of Nostro breaks, WIP report, cash matching and manual transactions.
- Interface with Business, internal teams for process resolution.
- Ensure adherence to Limits of authority, approving of funding requests. Collect, document, and substantiate management approvals for high value transactions.
- Ensure timely disbursements of notices, funds to counterparties.
- Understanding of Credit agreement, remittance systems, SWIFT, GL reconciliations, past due reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to KOD (Standard Operating Procedures) and periodic updation of process documentation.
Your Skills & Experience
- Master’s / bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Agency / Non agency syndicated lending
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Strong understanding of deal origination and syndication process
- Strong Loan IQ skills
- Experience with web-based systems (clearpar, debtdomain)
- Familiarity with loan documentation, credit agreements, admin forms, assignment agreements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be open to work in US shifts
