Senior Frontend Development Engineer

Description -

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to drive frontend development initiatives, establish best practices, and mentor junior developers. This role requires deep expertise in React.js, frontend architecture, Micro Frontends (MFE) and performance optimization to build world-class web applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Highly proficient in frontend development, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable applications using micro-frontend architecture.
  • Optimize performance, security, and user experience for web applications.
  • Thorough understanding of coding standards, guidelines, and best practices
  • Work closely with backend teams, designers, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster knowledge-sharing.
  • Collaborate on frontend infrastructure decisions, including CI/CD, testing, and deployment strategies.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging frontend technologies and frameworks.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in frontend development, with advanced expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience in frontend architecture, component-driven development, and performance optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of state management libraries (like Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or MobX).
  • Proficiency in UI frameworks (Styled Components) and responsive design.
  • Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets integration.
  • Expertise in Git workflows and CI/CD for frontend development.
  • Strong mentoring skills with experience guiding junior engineers.
  • Knowledge of Backend and Database would be an added advantage.
