Duties and responsibilities:Reports to local Chief Flight InstructorManage Flight Instructors (Ground Instructor, Synthetic Flight Instructors, Type Rating Instructor/ Examiners) Training profile under the guidance and supervision of the local Chief Flight InstructorCreate and manage ATO Instructors folders and maintain/ update their profile (competencies, qualifications- initial, renewal, revalidation, training, relevant forms, passport, license, medical etc.) in accordance with Airbus proceduresUpdate Instructor competencies in MyTeam and dedicate shared folders according theirtraining path and related follow up formsScan documents and send them to the appropriate authorityMonitor the relevant platform emailsElectronic & paper archiving data of all trainings and checks and in My Team and on properserverDeliverables:Shall ensure that the instructor competency documents are well managed in line with theregulatory requirements and Airbus Flight training standardsProvide a 12 month sliding training forecast to Chief Flight Instructor and Head of FlightTrainingMinimum requirements:Shall hold a Bachelor's degree or its equivalentShould have at least two years' experience in a similar profileShall have a fair knowledge of the regulatory needs of the businessShould be fluent in English with excellent computer skillsShould be able to work in a multicultural environmentShould be a team player and have a proactive approach with colleaguesShould be able to take initiatives and work under pressure
