Role Responsibilities -  

As a DevOps Senior Specialist, your focus will be managing infrastructure in support of data solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.  

•  Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters. 

• Utilize AWS services to build and maintain cloud infrastructure. 

• Deploy and manage applications using Helm and Terraform. 

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. 

• Monitor and optimize system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki. 

• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and configuration management. 

• Apply DevOps methodologies to streamline development and deployment processes. 

• Implement SRE methodologies to ensure system reliability and availability. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues. 

• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and security.. 

• Participate in an on-call rotation, including off-hours and holidays. 

We expect you to have:

• 8+ years work experience in DevOps Engineer or Architect role.

• 3+ years experience with Kafka or similar streaming technologies, and Kubernetes. 

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles. 

• CKA or CKD preferred. 

• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, Helm, and Terraform. 

• Proficiency in using GitLab for CI/CD. 

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki. 

• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, etc.). 

• Deep understanding of DevOps and SRE methodologies. 

• Experience with Kafka and Redis. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Education Qualification: Bachelor/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or similar discipline.

It would be great if you (Preferred Qualifications) 

• Knowledge of managing cloud infrastructure, such as AWS. 

• Familiarity with networking and troubleshooting
