As a Lead Project Management Specialist, you will take ownership for managing the full project life-cycle. Working in collaboration with customers you will lead and inspire your team to deliver complex and innovative projects that will make a real impact in the energy world.
As a Lead Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as primary customer contact for the execution phrase of all assigned projects.
- Coordinating and managing client services projects – includes reporting and accountability of schedule, budget, project performance and quality.
- Involving in project planning, estimating, scheduling, staffing, procurement and execution of project scope of work.
- Managing cross-functional matrix projects through the full project life cycle process, identifying risks, and executing appropriate response plans using risk management process.
- Providing support to sales and service teams in preparation of project scope and assist in other relevant technical communications with customers.
- involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working
- Communicates across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Have a minimum of 5 years industry experience in Project Management with relevant 3 years in Power Generation/Oil and Gas or similar segment
- Demonstrate good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, to convey technical concepts to customers, both internal and external.
