As a Strategy & Solutions Specialist, FinTech, you will play a key role in the delivery of a well-articulated and quantified strategy drives attention and investment across the organization. We are now looking for a Strategy & Solutions Specialist to strengthen the Pre-sales, Center of Excellence team in Pune. You will be responsible for driving the execution of central initiatives across the Nasdaq Market Technology portfolio of Software Products and Software Services for Market Infrastructure Operations and New Markets.We are looking for candidates who share those values along with a genuine desire and drive to deliver top technology solutions to today's markets. With this position we offer Join the pre-sales organization for Nasdaq Board vantage. The main objective for this team in Pune is to be a team contributor in Sales Opportunities across the globe. The Product Specialist will be responsible for multiple aspects of the process including the management of Presales environments, Preparation of POC Set-up, and conducting Demos within the specified timelines as per opportunity-specific requirements.

Your role and responsibilities: •    Respond to Calypso RFI/RFP requirements from prospect in timely manner.•    Provide support to prospect/client facing team in loading data and designing scenario for Proof-of-Concept activity.•    Work on Pre-Sales enablement activities (such as creating and maintaining centralized presentation decks, reusable content for response library etc.) that helps to improve Pre-Sales efficiency. •    Extend required support to the Presales Organization in a professional manner and to the agreed time frames•    Identify and flag product gaps for necessary prospect/client communication by Presales•    Achieve Calypso product expertise over time and be able to do Calypso product overview demoes.•    Team with Presales / R & D to feedback on issues with current products / Modules and provide input around new products / Modules •    Research, liaise, and Work with R & D & Presales and gather information to update “Presales Environments” from time to time•    High willingness to learn in the areas of innovations and should keep abreast of relevant new Calypso features/releases We expect you to have 
•    Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Treasury Solutions.•    Good understanding of the financial industry and at least 3 asset classes like Interest rate Derivatives, FX Options, Fixed Income, Money Market, Security Finance, FX, Commodity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, and Structured products •    Expertise in at least 5-6 Post Trade (Back Office) capabilities like Confirmations, Cash Settlements, Security Settlement, Accounting, Trade Lifecycle, Liquidations, Corporate Actions, Collateral Management, Custody Management, Clearing, Hedge Accounting.•    Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills •    Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment•    Educational Qualification Minimum Graduation (BE/ BTech/ Science), MBAs, Post Graduations 

It would be great if you •    Sales orientation with a consulting mindset.•    Experience in end-to-end presales / Project Implementation•    Domain expertise in Treasury Solutions of Calypso, Murex, FIS and Finastra, etc •    Experience in RFP response or Product/Client Demo is a plus•    Prior Demo experience with Clients / Prospects across the Globe a plus•    Technical knowledge of Java, JBoss, Spring Boot, Oracle a plus
