Implements and configures the software, within the boundaries of the project plan, according to specified requirements and following best practices. Installation and technical setup of the platform, employees will be at client site or through a remote connection. Delivering functional, technical or project information to sales that can be used as input for commercial proposals or as information documents.
  • Advises customers on the best way to setup applications when customer processes are known and when there is no significant GAP between the application and customer processes.
  • See to it that technical and functional implementation requirements are identified, discussed, agreed upon, documented and implemented, within the boundaries a set project plan.
  • Pro-actively gets and keeps product knowledge and skills up-to-date, within the assigned budget in time and money, in order to be able to perform an excellent job. Works together with the business analysts to gain knowledge on specific areas.
  • Pro-actively give product and customer presentations on application related topics, writes content and leads sessions, within the boundaries of personal targets and  budgets, in order to share knowledge and experiences with colleagues in own department and other departments.
  • Deliver functional or technical information to sales, according best practices, that can be used as input for commercial proposals or as information documents.
  • Spots and follows-up business opportunities in the professional network in order to generate business from new and existing customers.
  • Proactively give product and customer presentations on applications related topics, writes content and leads sessions within the personal targets and budget in order to share knowledge and experience with colleagues in own department and other departments.
  • Education Required:  Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Special Qualifications:  Knowledge of SQL language is a preference-       Experience and a strong interest in implementation concepts and change management procedures is required-       Experience within GRC, application functionality technical IT subjects and products is an advantage
