Job Summary

  • 10+ years of overall experience in Martech, analytics and marketing automation space with at least 5+ years in customer data management, with a focus on Adobe RTCDP for financial services 
  • Proven experience in implementing Adobe CDP and/or similar customer data platforms for multiple clients 
  • Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data governance. 
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or similar Adobe marketing tools is a plus. 
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for Adobe CDP implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. 
  • Track progress, milestones, and key deliverables while coordinating with relevant teams.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Capability Consultation: Work closely with market business stakeholders to understand their customer data requirements and translate them into actionable insights and strategies using Adobe RT-CDP. 
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Adobe CDP,XDM schema, data ingestion and outbound pipelines ensuring that the platform is customized to meet business needs and aligned with overall marketing objectives. 
  • Data Integration & Management: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Adobe RTCDP with various data sources offline/online and ensure accurate data ingestion, processing, and governance.  
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the platform setup is aligned with the business requirements and marketing strategies. 
  • Stakeholder Training & Support: Train business teams and stakeholders on how to effectively adopt Adobe RTCDP for customer data management, segmentation, and campaign optimization.  
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Adobe CDP’s new features, best practices, and trends in customer data management to continuously improve platform usage and maximize value. 
  • Provide value(in dollars) out of campaigns leveraging Adobe RTCDP in multiple markets and solution to improve it 
  • Test all Customer AI features from Adobe RTCDP and generate meaningful use-case from them. 
  • Collaborate with Paid media agencies for activating the campaigns and CTR optimization 
  • Understand internal SCB processes of One Delivery and agike ways of working 
  • Knowledge of ADO, Confluence is plus  

Key stakeholders

  • ​​Manage relationships with SCB country digital banking, digital marketing, agency for 4-5+ markets 
  • ​Manage relationships with Group Digital teams on digital sales, data and technology SPOCS. 
  • ​Work with risk and compliance teams both at country and group SCB

Qualifications
