Roles & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will lead Delivery of projects/services and drive business development towards achieving of revenue targets. Will be responsible to develop and deliver successful solutions on IT landscape of organization, drive delivery excellence and will mentor and grow a strong team.
Accountability
Lead the delivery and management of organization projects, contributing to solutions, including process and/or IT or Process automation as needed to establish strong trust- based relationships and drive collective client and team success
Work collaboratively with existing team leads / Service Delivery Managers of the established IT Solutions and Services
Manages the IT Development and support teams and oversees all activities ensuring alignment with departmental and business-wide vision and strategies.
Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Index, Associate Survey, Status reporting for Account/Line of Business.
Work with C-Level executives to define and understand business goals, strategies, capabilities, processes and help shape and define business and technology transformation initiatives.
Build, lead, and inspire an extended team of IT specialists
Responsible for managing multi-location team working in 24x7 mode
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/Master’s degree (BE/ME) in Computer Science or, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Should have at least 16+ years of working experience in the IT Applications, Tools and Support field with 6-8 years’ experience with IT applications Transition, Development, Rollout and Management capabilities for a region or global scale.
Proven and successful track record of leading high-performing IT practice teams and customer-facing experience in the enterprise space. (Min 5 years)
Should have experience in Goal tracking for Quality, Productivity, Deployment, Rookie Ratio in Project teams and Revenue Growth Percentage
Extensive client account and project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and manage the execution and implementation projects, PMP is a plus.
Demonstrated knowledge of IT turnkey solutions (including but not limited to Automation) for a diverse set of problems and industries/customers. Understanding of business challenges and adopting successful IT solutions.
Experience in project management, People management and leadership skills

Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Educational qualification:
Bachelor's degree/master’s degree (BE/ME) in Computer Science or IT / master’s is preferred (Computer Science) from tier 1 institutions
Experience:
16+ years in management of Business IT applications
Mandatory/requires Skills: Delivery of projects/services, strategy and drive business development
Preferred Skills: Knowledge / worked in Automation technologies, customer applications, low code platforms would be advantage.
Bachelor's degree/Master’s degree (BE/ME) in Computer Science or IT / Master’s is preferred (Computer Science) from tier 1 institutions
ITIL V4 Certified.
Agile and Scrum Master certified (desired).
Worked in large scale custom application management and automation would be preferred.
GPTW Certified is preferred.
RQ-PMQ (BOSCH) / PMP certified would be an added advantage
