The Client Project Coordinator ensures proper project setup, initiation, planning, and closure within TR Professional Services, providing necessary processes, reporting, tools, and overall support of both the client and employee experience they need to do their jobs effectively. The Client Project Coordinator will successfully support operations processes, while driving process improvement efforts across the business unit to achieve significant financial, operational, customer satisfaction, and/or employee satisfaction impact.

About the Role:

In this opportunity, As a Client Resource Manager you will:

  • Assist in developing project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for client engagements 
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding scheduling, documentation, and general inquiries 
  • Schedule and facilitate client meetings, prepare agendas, document key takeaways, and follow up with clients and internal stakeholders as needed. 
  • Track client feedback and support issue resolution in collaboration with the project team or Project Manager when applicable 
  • Track and update project budgets, expenses, and billable hours, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines 
  • Prepare status reports for Professional Services leadership as well as clients to track and communicate project progress 
  • Hold client check-in meetings on a periodic basis to support subscription services business 
  • Ensure adherence to company and departmental policies and processes, along with industry regulations and client contract terms 
  • Support critical operational areas for Professional Services including, but not limited to, order processing, Statement of Work (SOW) reviews, project data validation and change requests, time entry and billing, quality assurance, reporting and governance. 
  • Assist in new project approval process, ensuring incoming sales quotes and SOWs align with Professional Services standards and procedures 
  • Participation as assigned team member to triage, route, respond to or manage operations information channels  
  • Identify opportunities for improved business and operational performance at all levels and beyond the broader Professional Services organization, across all customer segments 
  • Assist in creating training and process documentation for Professional Services  
  • Assist in delivering virtual trainings and rolling out new processes for Professional Services 
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as deemed necessary 

About you:

You will be fit for the role of client resource Manager, if your background includes:

  • Technology expertise on multiple tools with a key ability to learn new technologies quickly 
  • Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)  
  • Knowledge of O365 and Power Platforms 
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Strong oral/written communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with dates and financial figures 
  • Proven track record of results from the application of process improvement 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Strong understanding of Professional Services business including back-office processes and/or operations and technologies 
  • Experience reviewing or creating Statements of Work (SOW) 
  • Proficient at developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work 
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and SLAs 
  • Proven track record of meeting operational targets and revenue goals 
  • Experience working with Salesforce preferred 
  • Experience working with Certinia (FinancialForce) and other PSA and project management tracking systems preferred 
  • Knowledge or experience with TR products preferred 
  • Knowledge or experience in Tax, Accounting, Global Trade, or Legal industry preferred 
  • Experience working collaboratively with global teams and clients preferred 
  • Consulting firm experience preferred 
  • PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications preferred
