Role Description

Overview:

The Ebridge AP works with end-to-end Analyst, dev and test team to develop functional strategies and devise reengineering plans in order to ensure that applications meet business requirements and maintain Deutsche Bank's high quality standards. Lead Engineer takes a lead role in the establishment or execution of one or more Techno Functional specialties for a larger testing unit or Programme. The Lead Engineer identifies the tasks and resources needed to ensure that their specialized portion of analysis to support the Dev and testing process meets software quality requirements prior to release into a live environment. The lead Engineer may specialize in a specific Corporate Bank Cash management area for analysis and help Dev & Testing process such as Development, testing process, test environments, test data provisioning.

Your key responsibilities

• Should be proficient in Requirement gathering and usage of JIRA
• Should be expert in Requirement Analysis and defining actors and boundaries
• Should have know-how on how to implement test methods and functional test for micro-service based architecture
• Should Work with Testing Specialists to review and understand business requirements functional and non-functional specifications
• Ensure adherence to testing best practices and DB testing standards
• Provide walkthrough of User stories and acceptance criteria to Dev team and QA team to ensure to eliminate knowledge understanding.
• Participate in stakeholder management within the application and project context, including stakeholders of up and downstream systems and external teams
• Ensure that stakeholders receive information that enables fact based decisions to be made
• Manage the working relationship with 3rd party team members
• Coordinate with external groups such as test environment support and production management teams
• participate in the activities of the broader Analyst and QA community
• Align to the wider team / group objectives
• Good hands on Experience in SQL Queries,

Your skills and experience

• Total experience of 8 to 10Years, in Corporate Bank Domain (Specifically in Cash Management)
• Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing
• High analytical and technical capabilities
• Familiar with ALM test management tool
• Familiar with Agile Team management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent communications skills: ability to translate complex business processes and technical designs and concerns into easy to understand language
• Excellent reporting skills and Book of Work or Backlog refinement
• Experience with distributed/multi-locations teams
• Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary, self-organised teams with functional stakeholders of various levels, Able to control multiple assignments and to manage priorities
