Your key responsibilities

As our Sales Support Business Management Associate/Analyst, you will:

  • Supports all APAC Coverage control governance matters which includes liaison with auditors, compliance & AFC teams, ensuring alignment with Global CCD COO to implement a robust control environment and relevant processes to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Support/Implement all regular control & governance checks as part of the KOD (e.g. quarterly dashboard, master client list, call report reviews for both domestic and cross border client interaction etc.)
  • Supports on global working committees on Record management, Business Continuity, Conflict of Interests, etc.
  • Supports regular global risk and control assessments  including AFC assessment being as a key contact person/assessor for APAC Coverage team.
  • Drive the Governance process and review of sales key operating policy and procedures to create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them. Gatekeeping of APAC CCD Key Operating Document including timely update, review of  process relevance and conducting regular trainings to APAC Coverage team
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to unblock any business issues

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
  • Previous experience in governance, controls and audit will be preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and work in demanding fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a range of teams and individuals and influence outcomes
  • Comfortable working in a relatively unstructured and multi-dimensional environment
  • Self-starter and team player with good time management
