Process Mining Consultant 

• Minimum of 2 years of operational business and/or consultancy experience, with a focus on business intelligence and analytics.
• Experience in implementing and utilizing business intelligence and process mining tools, with a preference for knowledge in Celonis.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, demonstrating strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
•  
• Solid background in project and program management, including process development and re-engineering methodologies.
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating assertiveness and collaboration skills.
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of conceptual and implementation success.
• Excellent communication abilities, including facilitation, sales, and conflict management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Power-BI, Tableau, Celonis, Adonis, or Camunda.
• Experience in the insurance business or financial services sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
