Job Title: Associate Engineer

Location: Pune, India

Role Description

  • An Associate Engineer is responsible for developing and delivering elements of engineering solutions to accomplish business goals.  
  • Awareness is expected of the important engineering principles of the Bank.  Root cause analysis skills are developed through addressing enhancements and fixes to products. They attempt to build reliability and resiliency into solutions through early testing, peer reviews and automating the delivery lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
  • Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
  • Creating functional specifications for solutions.
  • Estimating costs and identifying business savings.
  • Implementing and testing of solutions.
  • Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
  • Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication. Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines. 

Your skills and experience

  • Over all 5+ years of experience, 1-2 years of Workday hands Experience is desirable.
  • Workday Certification in Recruiting is desirable
