Manages a team of employees.
Coordinates the accounting and forecasts process and budget activities to contribute to better business awareness and resource planning.
Reconciles the FinTech Subscription Revenue of various product lines and recognizes revenue according to ASC 606.
Provides detailed explanations on actual monthly revenue versus forecast/budget.
Ownership of the monthly re forecast reporting, including annual budgets and Long-Range Planning process ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational goals, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Prepare and develop regular financial reports, including monitoring monthly, quarterly and annual reports with bridges.
Collaborates with collaborators to understand progress, risks, and opportunities.
Participates in internal and external projects that are broad in scope and closely tied to the interpersonal strategy.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in compliance with relevant lstandards.
Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
Evaluates current business processes and systems and formulates department policies and practices.
Reviews performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure efficiency, goal progress and activity levels.
Takes accountability for the performance and results of a team within own subject area; plans and implements procedures and systems to improve operating efficiency.
Prioritise and assigns responsibilities for projects and assignments, checking status regularly.
Education Required: University degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
Experience Required: At least 8-10 years of experience with team and stakeholder management experience
Special Qualifications: Chartered Accountant
Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.
Experience from the financial sector or IT sector and professional certifications would be a merit.
