We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our data science team in Bangalore. This individual contributor role will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making across the organization. They will collaborate with business stakeholders, understand their problems, and design data-based solutions for them. Key responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement machine learning models, perform data analysis, and create predictive models to support the Client Services teams.
2. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand their data science needs and design solutions in collaboration/guidance from team members.
3. Conduct research to identify new methods and techniques to improve existing models.
4. Create visualizations to communicate complex data and insights in a clear and effective manner.
5. Ensure data quality throughout all stages of acquisition and processing, including data cleaning, normalization, and transformation.
6. Maintain clear and coherent communication, both verbal and written, to understand data needs and report results.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Basic Qualifications •1 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) Preferred Qualifications
