The eDiscovery & Data Advisory (“eDDA”) team are an inhouse group of data, forensic and legal experts who are responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of eDiscovery within SCB Legal (“LCS”). We provide a global support model to SCB from our core hubs in the UK, US, Singapore, and China. Our vision is to bring together the right people, process, and technology to provide an industry successful eDiscovery and Data Advisory service to our Investigation and Legal colleagues.
In line with our ambitions to drive forward the utilisation of technology and to provide the highest-quality service levels to our partners, we are building a new operations hub that will seek to improve the efficiency of data collection, preservation, and review. The operations team will support in developing new “self-service” data collection mechanisms and help to enhance processes that drive efficient processing and review of data in its Relativity eDiscovery platform.
