Regulatory & Business Conduct • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. • Lead the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.] • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. • Serve as a Director of the Board • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)
University Degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science, engineering or analytical discipline, e.g. mathematics, statistics, IT, economics, finance, accounting.
Requirements: Mandatory : • Minimum 8+ years working experience in data analytics or business intelligence units, preferably in financial industry. • Proficient with tools like Dataiku and Programming languages like SAS/SQL, Python, Hadoop • Proficient with Data Visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, MSTR • Mar-tech campaign and analytic tools such as PEGA-RTIM, and ACM, AA. • Strong understanding of business domain, its strategic direction, functional goals, and the required technical & functional expertise • Solid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail • Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability • Inquisitive, enthusiastic and a self-starter • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through • Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills. • Able to operate effectively in a complex matrix driven environment.
