Nasdaq Technology is looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist with a focus on software agreements to join our Fintech Accounts Receivable team. Your role and responsibilities:

You will facilitate the set-up of contract achievements and billing of software, customer delivery and travel expenses for FinTech’s business lines.  We are seeking a hands-on individual with shown experience in contract administration, invoicing and collections.  The position works with multi departments on a world-wide basis.  Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

Furthermore, you will: 

Ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Resolution of client invoicing issues.

Compliance with client systems.

Give to the timely and efficient monthly close tasks.

Provide evidence for SOX and Internal Audit Controls.

We expect you to have:

Proven experience in contract administration, billing and collections.

Sophisticated proficiency in Excel is absolutely vital. 

Strong analytical skills crucial!

Strong attention to detail!

Strong oral and written communication skills in English with ability to optimally gather and convey information via e-mail or phone with people located in other non-local offices and in different time zones.

Experience with Workday, OpenAir / Certinia and Salesforce. 

Flexibility to extended hours required during peak business periods – financial close, audit periods and as the need arises by management.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor/Master in Commerce / Accounting or equivalent experience.
