Together with the Global People Analytics team members in Germany, Romania and Spain, you will act as a subject matter expert for People Data Analytics topics globally. Additionally, you will lead People Analytics topics and team in India. You will collaborate with local and global teams across Allianz Technology to ensure the required data quality to enable efficient and effective reporting and analysis of workforce developments. You will compile different sets of data and consolidate in order to deliver analytical results to both our global and Indian People Leadership team and wider business. You will reach out to both global and local business owners to identify requirements regarding data definitions and analytics. It is important for you to get to know Allianz Technology as a company and its strategic priorities to support your analyses and identify relevant indicators and trends. You will play a significant role in further improving the efficiency in the global (system) reporting landscape, also through automation. You will have the opportunity to contribute to Allianz Group initiatives and other projects with your analytical expertise and data delivery. - Partner with various entities, People & Culture Leadership, and business leaders to define and address critical People & Culture data needs.
- Drive a data-driven culture within People & Culture, enabling HRBPs and leaders to make strategic, data-based decisions.
- Develop and execute a local People Data strategy which is aligned with the global one, as well as local business and workforce priorities.
- Be an active, engaged and constructive member of the global Analytics team, taking ownership of topics, being a thought leader.

- Oversee the creation of local People Dashboards and reports, leveraging global standards and templates, ensuring actionable insights for local leadership.
- Define and standardize key People metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure workforce effectiveness.

- Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to optimize People data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and security.

Requirements/ Experience
- 10+ years of experience in People analytics, workforce planning, or related fields, with leadership experience; preferrable in an international environment
- Proficiency in common (data analytics) languages (e.g. SQL, Python, Julia, etc.)
- Expert user of leading data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, R, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI-driven People analytics
- Deep understanding of People metrics, compensation analytics, and talent management KPIs
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Proven track record in leading People analytics and fostering a data-driven culture
