1.            Should have overall 5 to 7 years of experience (certification) in development2.           Should have at least 5 years of experience on ServiceNow ITSM, Integration. Experience on CMDB is preferrable3.           Should be ready to work on ServiceNow development facing the clients4.           Should have very good communication5.           Should collaborate with all the stakeholders to bring positive results6.           Should be a quick learner, adapt to changing scenarios and still deliver timely with quality
