In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex initiatives managing all activities in a project life-cycle such as initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing associated with projects that are long-term and cross functional with broad impact, scope and complexity
  • Act as key participant in large-scale project planning and budgets for change management
  • Review, analyze and initiate complex multi-faceted enterprise support operations, organizational systems knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
  • Ensure full understanding of project impacts that translate into comprehensive engagement strategies
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end while developing and implementing program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics
  • Demonstrate understanding of policy, methodology and artifact creation that influence and lead change management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with stakeholders, project leads, mid-level to senior managers sponsors and business partners to clarify and define project requirements and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in regulatory change management, with a strong understanding of financial services regulations,.
  • Extensive experience and working knowledge of CIB business, products, processes, and controls.
  • Ability to drive and manage execution activities in projects related to regulatory change requirements focusing on strategic solutions.
  • Lead engagements with lines of business to communicate requirements and provide guidance to ensure the lines of business are adopting changes.
  • Experience in leading the assessment and execution of changes driven by regulatory requirements or internal/external business/technology changes.
  • Have strong functional knowledge driving initiatives working closely with cross functional business partners like change leads, risk and regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct in-depth and end to end project management across life cycle starting from initiation, analysis of business, product or process impacts of regulatory changes to final implementation and closure.
  • Identify and drive improvements and implement changes to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Hybrid working model :

  • No of days working from office in a week : 3 out of 5
  • Shift followed : 1:30 pm IST to 10:30 pm IST
  • Work location : Bangalore
