Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Verification Team Lead to join our silicon engineering group. In this role, you will lead a team of talented verification engineers responsible for verifying complex IP designs. You’ll drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge verification methodologies, tools, and processes, ensuring high-quality silicon delivery aligned with aggressive timelines and milestone goals. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of design verification engineers, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Define and execute advanced verification strategies using industry-leading methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborate closely with microarchitecture, RTL design, and post-silicon validation teams to identify, isolate, and debug design issues.
  • Own and track verification delivery against program milestones, using metrics and regressions to monitor progress and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) by executing assigned security-related tasks at each development milestone.
  • Foster a productive team environment by setting clear goals, promoting accountability, and applying performance-driven management practices.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a talented team leader with exceptional people management skills and the following qualifications:

  • A BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • At least six years of experience in developing functional verification environments.
  • Knowledge of VLSI design and verification.
  • Proficiency in working with Verilog and System Verilog.
  • Strong experience with UVM (Universal Verification Methodology).
  • Familiarity with coding languages such as C or Perl is an advantage.
