We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Verification Team Lead to join our silicon engineering group. In this role, you will lead a team of talented verification engineers responsible for verifying complex IP designs. You’ll drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge verification methodologies, tools, and processes, ensuring high-quality silicon delivery aligned with aggressive timelines and milestone goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of design verification engineers, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
Define and execute advanced verification strategies using industry-leading methodologies and tools.
Collaborate closely with microarchitecture, RTL design, and post-silicon validation teams to identify, isolate, and debug design issues.
Own and track verification delivery against program milestones, using metrics and regressions to monitor progress and quality.
Ensure compliance with the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) by executing assigned security-related tasks at each development milestone.
Foster a productive team environment by setting clear goals, promoting accountability, and applying performance-driven management practices.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a talented team leader with exceptional people management skills and the following qualifications:

A BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
At least six years of experience in developing functional verification environments.
Knowledge of VLSI design and verification.
Proficiency in working with Verilog and System Verilog.
Strong experience with UVM (Universal Verification Methodology).
Familiarity with coding languages such as C or Perl is an advantage.
