VP Software Engineering, Market Intelligence Program Co-FounderPosition OverviewThe MasterCard Services global technology team is seeking a Vice President as the technical co-founder of Market Intelligence program. This role will work with work with vendors, technical program managers, and product partners to define and execute a technology strategy for the program that enables business growth, enhances customer experience, and ensures the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions. Familiarity with Salesforce, Identity and access management systems, and Ecommerce applications preferred.• Proven ability to lead global engineering teams and deliver large-scale, mission-critical applications.• Ability to translate highly complex technical matters into easily digestible and actionable plans.• Proven experience delivering scalable complex platforms by leveraging vendor resources and solutions• Strong experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and software automation frameworks.• Deep understanding of security, compliance, and risk management in technology.• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; experience preparing and delivering executive level presentations to business and technology audiences• Demonstrates the ability to lead and manage senior technical individual contributors and management staff with the ability to foster open communications across various organizational levels.
