The key focus of this role is to act as a point of contact in the onboarding process of the individual business portfolio.
What you will do
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and brokers.
- Demonstrate and build positive and professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate high quality in all written correspondence to clients.
- Effectively manage workload to ensure all queries are dealt with within the stated SLA.
- First time resolution of all queries, ensuring a focused attention to quality.
- Ensure all work produced is audit-ready and in line with team and department quality standards.
- Achieve audit results that are in line with team and departmental targets.
- Good typing skills and capability to transfer information from system to system in good time
Product Knowledge
- Demonstrate extensive and sound product & process knowledge.
- Provide timely and accurate information to all clients & brokers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on individual product modifications in order to ensure accuracy in all dealings with clients & brokers
- Ensure 100% accuracy when providing quotations to New Direct clients & Brokers.
Team Player
- Prioritise your workload in line with team/departmental targets.
- Support the team as required on any ad hoc tasks or projects as they arise.
- Support the team with translational support when required.
- Support on any New Business quotes which need to be provided for brokers
What you will bring
Experience required for this role
- Previous experience in a customer and quality focused environment, producing accurate work within agreed turnaround times.
- Experience working in a target driven environment with tight deadlines
- Keyboard skills with experience of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and other standard software
- A commitment to complete the Accredited Product Advisor (APA) in Private Medical Insurance
- English language required (Fluent)
