The Opportunity: We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Experience FP&A team. As we drive the business forward with data-driven forecasts and influential insights, we seek a dynamic individual to lead a variety of activities supporting business decisions and management reporting for our consulting organization across EMEA.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior business and finance leaders, engaging in all aspects of financial planning and reporting. You will be instrumental in developing and streamlining consistent processes, managing the P&L, and contributing to various projects and initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Support quarterly/annual financial planning and strategic activities.

  • Manage quarter-end management reporting and analysis, explaining any variances and suggesting corrective actions.

  • Provide financial support for strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Prepare executive presentations, providing insights and highlighting priorities, risks, and opportunities.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis, identifying key financial trends and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with an inquisitive mind, adept at providing data-driven recommendations.

  • Positive and team-oriented demeanour, comfortable in a fluid environment.

  • Proven ability to drive initiatives and solve complex issues.

  • Strong financial modelling skills, with experience in creating and maintaining complex financial models.

  • High attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • FP&A or investor relations experience.

  • ACA (or similar), CFA, or MBA.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with PowerBI, SQL, and Anaplan preferred; TM1 a plus.

  • Distinct advantage of having worked with AI in finance, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning.

  • Prior experience in Professional Services considered a bonus.
