Technology/Service is responsible for delivering the business vision and strategy, at a global level, focusing on achieving consistent operational excellence and client/user satisfaction through industrialization, price/value optionality and leveraging increased automation and the use of technology. Work includes:
Creating a digital vision and strategy for the bank, and ensuring its integration with the organization's overall strategic plans
Identifying opportunities for differentiating the bank's digital portfolio including capabilities and solutions
Acting as a change agent in leading the organizational changes that are required to create and maintain the necessary digital portfolio.
Applying extensive knowledge and understanding of the evolving digital market, acts as a thought leader on emerging digital trends related to technology and business.

Your key responsibilities:
Ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the application including management of scope.
Ensuring that the changes to the applications in scope are fully aligned DB standards and regulations. The main focus is to guarantee the system stability and to ensure a smooth and successful transition to production, steady-state environment.
Conducting strategic planning for the application.
Managing strategic capacity, consumption and performance management (Forecast and management based on business plans).
Efficiently engage, manage and influence the main stakeholders, along with the related emerging risks and opportunities.
Ensuring policy-compliance for the application. Facilitating and contributing to the audit activities.
Managing software licenses, security certificates and contracts with service providers.
Ensuring documentation availability.
Identifying and managing technical projects necessary to ensure required and established service levels are maintained.
Working with development center team to estimate work effort throughout different phases of the functional domain deliverables.
Assisting with development of configuration/monitoring/packaging/deployment/automations.
Identifying, documenting and communicating risks and issues discovered during delivery cycle.
Your skills and experience:
At least 10 years of work experience in IT (preferably in international Financial institution)
At least 5 years in project management or application owner experience
IT Service Management, IT Governance or IT Project Management background
Reasonable understanding and relevant experience in Agile-Scrum delivery and main tools (Jira & Confluence)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, highly organized and disciplined.
Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders. Ability to create and naturally maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders.
Comfortable working in VUCA (Volatility Uncertainty Complexity Ambiguity) and highly dynamic environments.
ITAO will typically have a rather limited technical hands on involvement. A high-level understanding on the products/technologies below is welcomed:
Databases: Oracle, MS SQL server and other major Database engine
Application/web servers (like J2EE based, especially JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic Server, Apache)
Management of security certificates.
Unix servers very basic administration
Microservices and SOA
Communication and encryption protocols (mainly HTTP(S), SSL)
Networking (firewalls, load balancers, etc)
High Availability Architecture.
Cloud infrastructure and engineering
Artificial intelligent
