Job Description:

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Carry out Maintenance in accordance with roles described in GSAP/Streamline (LGAME).
  • Execute Maintenance activities per instruction by the Maintenance Supervisor, and may include the keeping of records, monitoring of maintenance costs, and production performance.
  • Carry out maintenance in accordance with the agreed schedules and consistent with HSSE rules and regulations including the PTW system.
  • Creating and consistent with HSSE rules and regulations, including to avoid any activity that can harm people or environment (by reducing or eliminate hazardous waste).
  • Work with Blending, Filling Operators, Bulk Receipt and Tank Farm Operators and Bulk Filling Operators to ensure asset availability is maximized.
  • support commissioning and start-up of new manufacturing plant
  • Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the production area.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance team for servicing of GMP equipment with minimum downtime affecting production schedule.
  • support maintenance supervisor in develop and write working instruction and SOPs

KEY CHALLENGES:

  • Execute the maintenance activities accordance to the schedule and in time bases.
  • Execute day to day preventive maintenance check and reporting base on the actual condition of plant production equipment’s. Quick response on rectification works (CM).
  • Must have basic knowledge in plant Utility equipment’s, Building, Process Automation, Field Instrument, LV & MV Distribution System and good shop floor communications.
  • Consistently execute current Preventive Maintenance works.
  • New Plant Start Up, with new technology introduction with new skill set.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma 3 degree in Engineering with minimum 3-5 years relevant experience, in maintenance and engineering of manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with both mechanical and E/I aspects ( preferable)
  • Familiarity with relevant standards, specifications and technical drawings such.
  • Familiarity with plant equipment’s and facilities.
  • Familiarity with maintenance system, calibration and spare part stock control.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office
