About the Role

Responsible for analysis and recommendation of salesforce tactical programs and compensation to unlock business value

Analysis of channel and partner data to develop meaningful and actionable results, including:
- Regular review of internal sales campaign & compensation utilisation and effectiveness
- Regular review of leads management funnel for salesforce
Preparation of reports for working committee and steering committee with bank partner
Preparation of management reports for internal meetings (EXCO, Business Review, Mission Initiatives)
